authentically and developing emotional intelligence, so important and often lacking.

​ There are so many great questions and techniques for helping to set and achieve goals and getting out
of your own way to do so in this book.

I tend to let my many fears get in the way of doing things. This is a classic book for helping to work
through those fears.

4. How to Get What You Want and Want What You Have: A Practical and Spiritual Guide to Personal
This was one of my first mindset books after getting my Life Coaching certification and I absolutely love
how he makes sense of so many ways of thinking and gives tips for working through the difficult stuff.

I love this book for the wit and humor while she gives it to us straight up and encourages you to
recognize how awesome you truly are.

6. Tackling Toxicity by Mauricio Velasquez
​ Mauricio is a personal friend and on an important mission to make the world a better place. We all deal with toxic people from time to time, or sometimes daily. This book is your guide for maintaining
boundaries and dealing with these people gracefully and effectively. A must read.

7. Relentless Positivity by Joe Martin
Great book for mindset tips and sticking with fitness goals, told in an easy, humorous style.​​​

​ One of my favorites because it teaches how to effectively communicate setting boundaries assertively instead of aggressively.
